How is the “theme” in the Grimm’s Brother’s Cinderella different that the theme in Disney’s Cinderella?

If you were stating what the theme of Cinderella is, would you say that this theme differs in the Grimm fairy tale from the Theme in Disney’s fairy tale, or would you say they both have the same theme?
