What animal is chucky cheese suposed to be?. Rat or Mouse?

Someone asked me this resently and I thought Rat but I wanted to know if anyone had some evidence that its a mouse not a rat considering the idea of a rat as a mascot for a kids place is kinda disturbing…

   i guess it makes more sense for him to be a mouse…but i’ve always thought of him as a rat too! doesn’t seem cute enough to be a mouse, haha.
